At the CD PROJEKT RED Gear Store, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your loot. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship the Items

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label (where applicable) and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
